Balance: A Pilates Series for Runners
Join us for a six week mat pilates series to help create fluidity, mobility, and strength in your “powerhouse“. All in support of enhancing your running practice through engaging exploration and play in your body.
What to expect

We’ve designed the movements in this series with runners in mind, but anyone interested in moving their bodies will find something to discover and enjoy.
No previous pilates experience required: This is an all levels, beginner friendly course. -
Absolutely! The point is to mobilize and strengthen our ‘powerhouse’ (that’s your spine and core) in order to build awareness in our body and develop fluid motion and control of our limbs. Synchronicity between our limbs and our powerhouse is how we harness the full potential of our strength.

Satudays at 6pm for six weeks, starting March 7th and running through April 11th, in the wonderful space over at Moving Just Fine Studio

$73 for all six classes.
Because this is a series, classes are designed to build on each other. So while drop-ins* are accepted, we encourage you to sign up for the entire series for the best experience.
*Drop-in are $20 a class.
