SeaWheeze 2021
Course Info

You’ll find below course info and directions for both our 10K and 21K SeaWheeze routes.

Our courses are mostly flat and use the Lachine Canal Bike path almost exclusively.

Course routes are approximate; we’ve mapped the routes with a little extra distance to account for any discrepancies, but your mileage may vary depending the tangents your run.

Please be mindful and run safely. The bike path is open to other runners, pedestrians, and cyclists. For the 21K, you will also be crossing a few streets throughout the race: be aware of vehicle traffic.
