Which race distances and events do you coach?

We specialize in coaching road runners training for 5K events up to the marathon, and trail runners competing in “shorter” trail or ultra distance events, up 100K.

We don’t currently offer training plans or coaching for runners specifically training for short and middle distance track events, or longer Ultra distance races (over 100KM). While we might not be able to help you with these specific discipline, we’re happy to provide coaching to you in the event you’re looking for a base phase or off-season training plans to augment your running.

Must I be training for a race to benefit from coaching?

Absolutely not.

Is there minimum length of time I must subscribe to your coaching services?

How often must I run or train per week?

Do I need a GPS watch or special equipment to train with you?

I’d prefer paying for multiple months of training upfront, is this possible? Is there a discount?
