What’s Included

  • A training plan for delivered through Training Peaks, timed for a mile time trial occurring the week of July 24th.

  • Access to our track workouts Tuesday evenings at McGill Stadium, as well as groups runs on Thursdays and Saturdays (long runs).

  • Meetups, group events. 

  • Access to our training documents, materials, and resources.

How much does it cost?

  • 2 monthly payments of $130.00. (Track access begins on your first week of training June 26th.) 

Dates to remember 

Mile training begins on the week of May 29th and goes through to the week of July 17. 

The time trial will take place the week of July 24th. 

A few notes

  • Our training plan can accommodate a broad range of runners, everyone gets to evolve at their own pace.

  • To get the most out of the training plan, consider being able to commit to running between 3-5 times a week throughout the duration of training. Less than 3 runs a week will make it difficult to get the most out of the plan. 

  • This training plan includes in-person group training opportunities. Group training aren’t mandatory but the plans works best when done with other runners. If you’re outside the Montreal region or aren’t interested in attending in-person or group trainings, we recommend reaching out to us for our personalized training plans and coaching.
